Ryan is an AI/ML Research Engineer at Lockheed Martin, where he works on agents, reasoning, and advanced AI architectures. His research there has contributed to advancements in AI and crewed-uncrewed teaming. He has also conducted research on auto-interpretability and gradient-based attribution methods for large language models alongside Uzay Macar from Anthropic.
Ryan's algorithms research includes developing hybrid quantum algorithms that achieved state-of-the-art performance on n-body simulations, accepted as an oral presentation at QCNC 2025.
